Admins for Parents

Wiglington and Wenks are making the virtual world even more safe by having the Admin Parent Panel! This is what the official blog has to say:

Hello Quest Travelers,

Safety on the Internet has always been one of the key priorities of the Wiglington and Wenks Team.

That is why we are constantly developing new features to protect our players and to encourage parents to participate in keeping their kids safe online.

The Wiglington and Wenks Team introduces our latest feature, the Parents Account!

The Parents Account is a special Admin panel that allows parents to control and monitor the ‘child’ accounts linked to it. Information like the time of their child’s last log in for the week, total times banned, membership expiry date as well as forum participation and chat mode options are some features of the Parent’s Acount panel.

To access this panel, Parents just need to visit http://www.wiglingtonandwenks.com and register for a Parents Account through the Parents’ Admin section.

Well…the trainee scouts (BIG, Green, clown, Impulse and Shadow) have now graduated and have become scouts! And the trainee party masters have also graduated! I have some good news….WenksGang are having some new authors! And we also have a new layout! Blue theme!

If you go to your island, you can now buy props and furniture for your island!! That is really good as loads of players have been requesting it a lot of times since the launch.

If you go to the Amazon, there is something shocking. We went into a portal which took us 20 years into the future! The amazon is gone! Destroyed. That is what us humans have done to it. It is depressing, but all hope is not lost! Save the environment!

And the best news of all is that Count Cannaregio has finally taken Cartos Fountain! This is what the official blog has to say about it:

Just as Quest Travelers were busy preparing for the Wiglington Earth Day Project, the dreaded moment happened… Count Cannaregio appeared on Wiglington server and sneakily walked past Quest Travelers’ tents parked at Wiglington Town Courtyard. The Count then headed straight to Carto’s Fountain. At around 2:12 AM WW Time, the golden statue of Carto Wiglington on the fountain was already no where to be found!

A CCTV Camera stationed near the Wiglington Town Bank captured this image of the Count.
At exactly the same time, one real Modlum was spotted on Count Server and another on Wenks Server, also around the fountain area. It was all too much of a coincidence. Whether it was the Count who actually took the statue or it was either of the two Modlums, the plan was unfortunately a success.

“THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING!” The Count was reportedly seen telling Quest Travelers who saw him right after the statue was stolen. As previous investigations revealed, Count plans to sell Carto’s golden statue to illegal treasure collectors and build his army of Modlums or fake mods to take over WW.

Insider report said that the Count plans to steal the whole fountain next and destroy the portal to the Amazon so it would remain deserted forever–however, these are yet to be confirmed.

What is confirmed though is that Wiglington is organizing a special squad against the Count as it seems Quest Travelers will be seeing more of Count’s diabolical acts soon. Full news cover on Issue 006 of Wiglington Times on April 30!
